Ausführung: Für reproduzierbare Härteprüfungen mit Grundplatte aus Glas. Hohe Messgenauigkeit durch die stärkere Härte der Grundplatte.
Mechanischer Aufbau ermöglicht präzise Messbewegungen. Nivelliereinrichtung zur präzisen Ausnivellierung der Grundplatte. Nivellierbarer Prüftisch für inhomogene Prüfobjekte.
Anwendung: Geeignet zur Shore-Härteprüfung von harten Kunststoffen, Resopal, Epoxid etc. Das Härteprüfgerät SAUTER HB wird in hängender Position angebracht. Das Prüfobjekt wird auf den runden Prüftisch direkt unter die Messspitze gelegt. Durch Herabdrücken des Hebels wird die Messspitze in definierter Weise in das Prüfobjekt eingedrückt.
Hinweis: Die Genauigkeit des Messergebnisses ist mit diesem Prüfstand etwa 25 % höher als bei einer Handmessung. Lieferung ohne Shore-Durometer.
