KANBAN – logistic system

The KANBAN system is used for the material supply of DIN and standard parts or regular requirements. When the specified minimum stocks are reached, an automated replenishment of materials takes place for continuous demand.
The shelf box system works with manual or electronic control (E-SCAN / E-CHIP) and convinces with easy handling.

E-Procurement - Eproc III

eProcurement reduces process and material costs. With the help of this procurement software, your purchasing can be organized efficiently, cost-effectively and comprehensibly.

ETT Electronic Tool Terminal

The material dispensing machine ETT was specially developed for the supply of consumables in industrial companies. The required consumables are stored for regular use. You log into the system with a card and select the item you need. The electronic goods issue system ETT (Electronic Tool Terminal) is connected to an automatic ordering, warehousing and replenishment system "eproc.III".
The ETT is available as a drawer, vertical or spiral cabinet and as a cycle machine. The "inner" division into drawers or compartment sizes can be designed completely flexibly.

Testing of your torque tools
Torque wrenches need to be calibrated regularly as the spring and limit mechanism wear out over time. DIN ISO 6789 stipulates that torque wrenches must be recalibrated at least annually or after 5000 load changes. The test must be documented with a calibration certificate.
