Description
Ausführung: ISO 15488-B (alt DIN 6499). Diese Spannzangen setzen einen Standard hinsichtlich der Präzision von Standard-Spannzangenfuttern. Die Super-Finish-Ausführung, mit einer Rautiefe von < 1,6 µm, bietet einen höheren Traganteil, höhere Steifigkeit und Haltekräfte sowie höhere Systemrundlaufgenauigkeit. Sie sind alle mit der neuen FAHRION Protect Beschichtung gegen Korrosion geschützt.
• Präzise – Rundlauf- und Wiederholgenauigkeit ≤0,005 mm .
• Stabil – Nur 12 Schlitze genügen, um die geforderte Spanndurchmesserüberbrückung nach DIN ISO 15488-B zu erreichen. Im Vergleich zu 16-fach geschlitzten Spannzangen haben diese Spannzangen wesentlich weniger die Neigung, sich im unteren Spannbereich zu verschränken.
• Schonend – Sämtliche Längskanten sind nicht nur entgratet, sondern auch zusätzlich verrundet, was den Innenkonus des Spannzangenfutters vor möglichen Markierungen schützt. Dies ist Voraussetzung, damit eine gleichbleibend hohe Rundlaufgenauigkeit gewährleistet ist.
Anwendung: Zur Aufnahme von Werkzeugen mit Zylinderschaft nach DIN 1835-B, 1835-E, 6535-B und 6535-E.
Hinweis: Die Spanndurchmesserüberbrückung ist 1 mm (unter Ø 2,0 mm = 0,5 mm). Angegeben wird immer der größte Ø, d. h., Ø 16 mm spannt zurück auf Ø 15 mm (Beschriftung z. B. GERC 32 F 470 E16).
