Description
Die Permanent-Lasthebemagnete sind für den einfachen, schnellen und wirtschaftlichen Einsatz beim Transport schwerer Werkstücke aus ferromagnetischem Material, für Werkstatt und Lager, die Be-, Entladung von Maschinen sowie den Vorrichtungsbau einsetzbar.
• Flachmaterial Tragfähigkeit: 100–3000 kg
• Rundmaterial Tragfähigkeit: 50–1000 kg
• Last: wird nicht mechanisch beeinflusst, Aufnahme flacher und runder Materialien möglich
• Magnetmaterial: sehr leistungsfähig, große Hebekraft bei geringem Eigengewicht
• Vorteil: Permanentmagnete benötigen keine elektrische Versorgung, nach erfolgter Abschaltung nur geringer Restmagnetismus
• Ein-, Ausschalten: mit Handhebel, im aktivierten Zustand durch Sicherheitsverriegelung gesperrt, verhindert ein unbeabsichtigtes Entmagnetisieren
• Sicherheitshinweis: bei der Auswahl der Magnete berücksichtigen: Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, Materiallegierung und Plattendicke der Werkstoffe
Für maximale Tragfähigkeit: Anschlagfläche muss blank und frei von Schmutz, Öl, Fett, Zunder, Rost, Farbe usw. sein.
