Description
Ausführung: Aus legiertem Einsatzstahl, mit einer Zugfestigkeit im Kern von ca. 950 N/mm² und einer Härtetiefe von mind. 0,5 mm. Kegel nach DIN 254. Gehärtet 58 ± 2 HRC. Kurze Bauform mit zentraler Kühlmittelzufuhr, Futter und Schaft aus einem Teil. Mit der Spannung (über Sechskantschlüssel) lässt sich die Spannkraft gegenüber herkömmlichen Bohrfuttern wesentlich erhöhen. Gleichzeitig wird damit das Futter gegen Lösen bei Linkslauf oder bei schnellem Abbremsen von höheren Drehzahlen gesichert.
