Description
Ausführung: HSS, mit Hinterschliff. Führungsbuchsen mit Kennziffer I, II und III besitzen einen Auflagebund, Einlagen im Preis inbegriffen. Anwendung: Zur Herstellung von Maschinenelementen, Schablonen, Schweiß-, Bohr- und Spannvorrichtungen. Der Spanwinkel ist für Stahl ausgelegt, aber auch für Gusseisen, Bronze und Aluminium einsetzbar. Zur schnellen und rationellen Erstellung von maßhaltigen, genau zentrischen Keilnuten gemäß DIN 6885 für Passung JS9. Die erforderliche Spanabnahme wird durch mehrere Durchgänge erreicht. Zahnform und Hinterschliff sichern eine saubere Oberfläche. Einsetzbar auf Handpressen und hydraulischen Pressen. Die Einlagen gehören zum Lieferumfang der Räumnadeln.
