Description
Ausführung: HSS Schaft mit HM Kopf, Senkwinkel 90°. Axial und hinterschliffen sowie CBN-tiefgeschliffen. Mit geraden, u-förmigen Spannuten und aus dem Vollen geschliffenen Spanräumen.
Anwendung: Für zähe Materialien wie Hardox 400/500, Stähle bis 60 HRC. Die hervorragenden Schneideigenschaften und der problemlose Spanablauf ergeben sich aus dem kegeligen Hinterschliff an Mantel und Spanwinkel. Der Senker erzielt bei großem Vorschub und kleiner Schnittgeschwindigkeit die besten Ergebnisse.
Hinweis: Ausreichende Kühlmittelzufuhr unbedingt erforderlich.
