Description
Ausführung: Werkstoff mit einer Zugfestigkeit von 1600 bis 1800 N/mm², einer Härte von 52 ± 2 HRC. Mittels Sechskantquergriffschlüssel wird Hydrauliköl durch einen Hydraulikspannsatz (Druckschraube, Druckstift, Dichtung) komprimiert. Der entstandene Druck bewirkt eine gleichmäßige Verformung der Dehnbuchse, wodurch der Werkzeugschaft mit hoher Rundlaufgenauigkeit (max. 3 µm) gespannt wird. Kegel nach DIN 254. Bohrung für Datenträger/Chip (Balluf).
