Description
Ausführung: Aus Aluminium-Druckguss mit Zangenschenkeln aus hochvergütetem Stahl. Zum Setzen von Blindnieten und Blindnietmuttern mit nur einem Gerät. Die erforderliche Handkraft wird bei mehrmaliger Betätigung um 40 % reduziert. Der Gelenkbolzen ist verdrehsicher gelagert. Mit abnehmbaren Nietdorn-Auffangbehälter, Federrückstellung für selbsttätigen Dornauswurf und Öffnungsfeder.
Anwendung: Für Blindniete bis 5 mm Ø in Aluminium und 4 mm Ø in Stahl und Edelstahl. Setzt Blindnietmuttern von M4 bis M6 Aluminium sowie von M4 bis M5 Stahl.
Lieferumfang: Handnietzange Flipper® Plus, 3 Mundstücke zur Blindnietverarbeitung 12/20, 12/24, 12/29 und 3 Umrüstsätze zur Verarbeitung von Blindnietmuttern (Mundstück und Gewindedorn) 12/M4, 12/M5, 12/M6, Montageschlüssel, Sechskant-Stiftschlüssel, Futterbacken-Einsetzhilfe.
Hinweis: Ein Setzgerät mit 2 Funktionen, mit wenigen Handgriffen wird aus einem Blindniet-Setzgerät ein Blindnietmuttern-Setzgerät. Umrüstung in weniger als 1 Minute.
