Ausführung: Spannzangenaufnahme ER DIN 6499. Schaft und Anlagefläche gehärtet und geschliffen, Kühlmittelübergabebohrung.
Anwendung: Zur Aufnahme von Werkzeugen in Spannzangen.
Allgemeiner Hinweis: VDI-Werkzeughalter für CNC-Drehmaschinen bestehen aus Vergütungsstahl mit einer Festigkeit von ca. 900 N/mm², einer Härte von 56 ± 2 HRC und einer Härtetiefe von mind. 0,5 mm. Zudem verfügen alle VDI-Werkzeughalter über einen Zylinderschaft h6 mit innerer Kühlmittelzufuhr und verstellbaren Kugelschlitzdüsen. • Keep the work area clean and tidy to minimize sources of danger
• Do not make any changes to machines
• Wear hearing protection to protect your hearing
• Wear appropriate safety gloves when handling chemicals or sharp objects
• Wear appropriate safety shoes to protect your feet
• Wear appropriate safety clothing
• Always observe and follow all safety instructions that are attached to the product or included with the product.
