Description
Ausführung: Mineralölhaltiges EP-Kühlschmiermittelkonzentrat, absolut stabil und homogen. Unempfindlich gegen Härtebereiche im Wasser (Kalk etc.). Weitgehend resistent gegen mikrobiellen Befall. Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung physiologisch unbedenklich.
Anwendung: Emulgierbar für hohe Werkzeugstandzeiten. Ideal beim Bohren, Drehen, Fräsen, Sägen und Gewindeschneiden. Für Aluminium, Buntmetalle und deren Legierungen sowie Guss- und Edelstahl.
Hinweis: Konzentrat in Wasser einrühren, niemals umgekehrt!
Einsatzkonzentration:
Fräsen: ca. 9%ig (1 l Konzentration in 11 l Wasser), Sägen, Drehen,
Bohren: ca. 10%ig (1 l Konzentration in 10 l Wasser),
Gewindeschneiden: ca. 10%ig (1 l Konzentration in 10 l Wasser).

H319: Verursacht schwere Augenreizung;H412: Schädlich für Wasserorganismen, mit langfristiger Wirkung
EUH208: Enthält 1,2-Benzisothiazol-3(2H)-on. Kann allergische Reaktionen hervorrufen.

• Do not make any changes to machines
• Wear hearing protection to protect your hearing
• Wear appropriate safety gloves when handling chemicals or sharp objects
• Wear appropriate safety shoes to protect your feet
• Wear appropriate safety clothing
• Always observe and follow all safety instructions that are attached to the product or included with the product.
