Ausführung: Aus Weich-PVC. Der gute Reibbeiwert bietet besonders kräftigen Widerstand gegen die auftretenden Verschiebekräfte während der Bearbeitung. Es kann bis zu 2 mm tief in die Adaptermatte eingefräst werden. Bei Verwendung immer gleicher Konturen kann die Adaptermatte fast beliebig oft wiederverwendet werden, da sie keinem Verschleiß unterliegt.
Anwendung: Die Dichtschnur wird in das Raster der Vakuumspannplatte eingelegt. Hierbei geht man bis an den zu bearbeitenden Bereich im Werkstück. Die Adaptermatte wird auf die Vakuumspannplatte gelegt. Innerhalb der markierten Spannfläche wird die Adaptermatte mit einem Lochstanzeisen Ø 3–5 mm auf einer Holzplatte gelocht. Die Lage der Stanzungen muss sich im Bereich der Rasterfräsungen der Vakuumspannplatte befinden. Das zu bearbeitende Werkstück wird aufgelegt und mithilfe der verstellbaren Exzenteranschläge fixiert.
Hinweis: Vor der Nassbearbeitung mit einem Kühlschmierstoff sollte die Adaptermatte mit Aceton gereinigt werden.
